Founded in 1999, RMM specialises in maintaining vehicles and mobile assets on location. Mobile wash installations are VCA 2 Star certified; water is captured and filtered sustainably.

By 2016 the service portfolio had grown: ~80 staff and 150+ sites across the Netherlands and Belgium.

Planning through checklists and billing lived in Excel until volume made manual entry heavy, error-prone, and costly for the back office.

Choosing bespoke over generic ERP

RMM needed registration to fit the process—not the other way around. Off-the-shelf ERP meant reshaping operations or accepting shallow “customisation”. Tailor-made software from Sping matched how teams already worked and could evolve with the business.
